What types of events can I host at Launch?
You can host networking events, speaking engagements, company meetings, and much more! Our event space is geared toward business and community-centric events, but may host other events depending upon needs.
Event types we do not host: weddings, birthday parties, dances, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, bridal/baby showers, family reunions.
Do I have to be a member in order to rent event space?
Nope! Both members and non-members can rent the event space at Launch Fishers.
Can I rearrange the space?
Yes! Our team will work with you to create a layout that best fits your needs, but should you need to amend it day-of, you’re welcome to rearrange the room to fit your needs. However, furniture and any other items previously in the space cannot be removed during your event.
What are your food & beverage options?
We work primarily with two caterers and exclusively with one beverage provider, all of whom know the ins and outs of Launch Fishers. Our preferred caterers are Nameless Catering and Crossroads Catering. RISE Coffee Shop is our exclusive beverage provider, and operates in-house serving up hand-crafted beverages to Launch Fishers’ members.
I would like to rent out a smaller space. Is this possible?

Can I have alcohol at my event?
Yes, but there are some restrictions including obtaining applicable state permits. Reach out to us and we will take you through the various options available.
