READ THE LAUNCH FISHERS SAFETY PLAN

As an organization, we are staying on top of recommendations directed from the CDC, State Department of Health, and the City of Fishers. With these considerations, we have outlined our plan to reopen:

.

PHASE 1 | MEMBER ACCESS
Suite holders and dedicated desk members may access the building weekdays from 8am – 5pm beginning Monday, May 18. General members will have access beginning Tuesday, May 26. Meeting bays will be available in the theater for use for 1-on-1 meetings with visitors. We will close promptly at 5pm for nightly cleaning.

PHASE 2 | GUESTS & VISITORS
Beginning Monday, June 8, members may have visitors join them in the main space and in meeting rooms after checking in at the welcome desk. In-person tours for potential new members will resume by appointment only. Facility hours remain strictly weekdays 8am – 5pm.

PHASE 3 | 24/7 ACCESS
Beginning Monday, June 15, members may access the space on evenings and weekends using their keycards.

PHASE 4 | CAPACITY INCREASES
Beginning Monday, July 6, meeting rooms will be reset to their original number of seats and the main space will be reset at full capacity.

Special note concerning the RISE Coffee Shop: The coffee shop will remain closed through Phase 1 at minimum. We will reevaluate the situation and make further announcements at Phase 2.

In preparation for our reopening, the Launch Fishers staff has been actively updating our building and policies to ensure the best possible health of all members and guests. When you return, you’ll notice hand sanitizing stations, a one-way flow of our space, limited meeting room capacity and seating configurations, tabletop partitions, and an increased cleaning frequency.

Your cooperation with our efforts to minimize risk are appreciated:

    • Stay home if you have symptoms
    • Work from home when possible
    • Maintain 6 feet of social distance
    • Wash your hands
    • Essential in-person meetings only
    • Stagger work schedules and breaks
    • Masks are recommended
    • Take any leftover food, utensils, coffee mugs, etc. home with you nightly

Senator Young provided an update on the federal response to COVID-19 and answered several questions from Indiana Technology & Innovation Association (ITIA) members, including questions related to the Paycheck Protection Program, an effort he is pushing to expand broadband deployment, and what is being done to increase the availability of testing.

Join The Fight Against COVID-19 with donations for masks

Indiana’s front line nurses and doctors are being dangerously exposed to COVID-19, with many nurses limited to 1 hospital mask per day. It’s Indiana’s time to come together and fight this shortage head-on. Money donated through Launch Fishers (a 501c3 org) or gofundme is all being spent directly on buying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Indiana hospitals and first responders. Get more information on this great cause at covidsupport.life.

Launch Fishers will remain closed though the government mandated Stay-At-Home period through April 6th. We plan to reopen on April 7th.
