29 May Launch Fishers Hosting Verge May Meetup
Launch Fishers is excited to be hosting Verge’s (@VergeIndy) May Meetup tomorrow, Thursday, May 30, 2013. Join us at 6 pm for food, drinks and start-up chatter.
There will be presentations on the following:
PocketCab (@PocketCab) – The easiest way to get a taxi cab in Indy. Using cell phone technology, the PocketCab app connects you the rider, with cab drivers in your geographic location.
Evacua (@Evacua) – Launched out of Bloomington-based accelerator RunUp Labs, Evacua is software that pools a network of travelers, companies and transportation providers to make evacuations more accessible.
Alex Pyatetsky, founder of The Hoth (@The_Hoth) is joining from Chicago to talk about building value in business by using scalable systems, building relationships and investing in assets.
Also joining the event virtually is Chad Folkening. Chad will be talking about VentureCamp (@VentureCamp) – Indianapolis’ first reality TV show documenting an incubator of entrepreneurs as they live and work together while launching businesses.
